Community Association Management, Multi-family Property Management, Neighborhood Association Management
The Rubinoff Company has emerged as the leading provider of luxury residential multi-family property management, community association management, condominium association and neighborhood association services in the Pittsburgh area. Our portfolio of residential properties has grown around our development of some of Pittsburgh’s premiere award winning residential real estate development projects. We understand quality and an owner’s needs, as well as the basic notion that open, ongoing communication with owners and residents is key to a community’s success.
From financial reporting and budget preparation, to ongoing maintenance of building finishes and systems, to the management of tenant and homeowner expectations, Rubinoff’s property management professionals understand the issues inherent in running a luxury residential property. The Rubinoff Company recognizes the unique needs and challenges of these residential communities and works with ownership to manage and maintain the property through a single point of contact supported by a team of maintenance, accounting and management professionals. Our property management platform covers the maintenance of common areas and services, internal communications, setting and implementing environmental standards, responding to emergencies, troubleshooting building issues, financial management and reporting, general administration, procurement of insurance and assisting the owner or board on policy matters.
The Rubinoff Company is one of the few residential property management companies in the Pittsburgh area experienced in multi-family communities as well as condominium and single family community projects, with a unique understanding of the legal issues around transition from developer to resident control.
